The Forest Break activity is a collaboration between two associations that share a resolutely scientific vision of the links between forests and health. Their support is based on proven data, and the guides are trained in specific techniques and practices for group forest immersion.
For the SRFB, Philippe de Wouters underwent rigorous, months-long training, based on a body of scientific research, provided by the University in Nature. Conscious since childhood that everything is intimately connected to nature, his job as a forester offers him the chance to be in contact with the forest in all its facets.
Philippe loves to share this passion and these experiences: planting a tree, recognising a right-handed or left-handed squirrel, or simply sharing a moment lying on the leaves...
To the collective Cabin spirit, Anne, Nolwenn, Béné, Michel, Raphael and Priscille have undergone solid training to become certified guides in forest therapy. They combine their unique expertise (forest management, bio-engineering, soil regeneration, coaching, scientific popularisation, nature connection routines) to: «create pauses in the forest, reawaken the connection to oneself, to others and to nature in order to improve individual and collective well-being».
They are also involved in various forestry awareness, maintenance, protection, and regeneration projects.
Far from a lecture, the Forest Break is an invitation to learn and, above all, to experience a human and sensory adventure, under the kind guidance of knowledgeable people eager to share precious moments with you!

Through the Forest Friends programme, the SRFB also offers other options for enjoying a great time exploring the forest as a team:
