The trees that hide the forest
On 18 October 2025 - Bouillon
The forest calls for reflection and for us to understand it (its future, its resources, its language, etc.). To allow our forest of tomorrow to express itself, we will discover its trees, its communication, its science... its unsuspected universe. A walk through the heart of the woodland, in collaboration with the forest ranger. Activity for a family audience (from 10 years old) of approximately 3-5 km. With comments in Dutch.
The Société Royale Forestière de Belgique (SRFB) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the forest and foresters. Its Forest Friends projects are aimed at the general public who want to understand the forest environment. The SRFB's volunteer Forest Guides will help you discover the forest as a source of life, in close contact with people.
Public walk (ages 10+). Our canine friends don't appreciate our explanations. Please leave them at home. Please bring clothing suitable for the weather, as well as boots or sturdy shoes. No disabled access (adapted walk available on request on another date).
Booking highly recommended (limited spaces) via semoisnature@gmail.com or call 0497/05.78.54
