These educational and practical workshops will introduce you to the various aspects of woodland management. These varied workshops are an excellent first approach to forestry training. Today, you have the opportunity to choose 4 of the 8 workshops on offer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Measuring and cubing timber<\/strong><br>Discover the main tree measuring instruments and how to use them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Natural oak regeneration<\/strong><br>How can I naturally regenerate the oaks in my woods, and what operations should be carried out to ensure the future of this regeneration at the different stages of its development?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Drawing up a management plan for my forest<\/strong><br>What are the advantages of planning the management of my woodland, how do I go about it, consider PEFC certification...<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trimming, pruning, designating<\/strong><br>These three operations are essential for obtaining quality wood. A practical workshop to introduce you to the different techniques and tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Developing the roads in my forest<\/strong><br>Having passable tracks in your woods is a sine qua non for rational forest management.
